Dr. Salinas, FNP-C is a highly experienced nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience. He is a graduate from Texas A&M International University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has worked in various settings, including the emergency room and as a flight nurse on an air ambulance. His expertise and dedication to patient care is the guiding force for Elite Care Clinic.

After receiving his Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2018, he began working as a family nurse practitioner. With over five years of experience in family practice, rheumatology, and urgent care settings, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Originally from rural South Texas, he is proud to call this area home and is dedicated to serving his community. He is excited to expand his expertise and provide affordable healthcare to those in surrounding communities who need it most.
